Terms of attendance

These terms apply to people who request or attend programmes of Utility Harborbase Institute at 40-44 Thepkrasattri Road Town, Phuket, Phuket, 83000. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What we provide

We provide instructor-led classroom training in chart reading with a focus on breakout study: marking ranges, discussing confirmation, and writing plans on completed sessions. We do not provide brokerage, order execution, portfolio management, personalised investment advice, or software licences.

Requesting a seat

A message through this website is a request, not a booking until we confirm dates by email. Informational prices on programme pages may change before a cohort letter is issued. Payment, when arranged, happens off this site.

Your responsibilities

Arrive on time, mark your own page, and do not open live dealing platforms in the room. Do not record other attendees without consent. Printed packs remain for your study; they are not to be republished as Institute materials.

Intellectual notes

Checklists and templates handed out in class may be used for your personal journal. They may not be sold or taught as Harborbase programmes by you.

Limitation

Chart study can be wrong even when the marking is honest. Attendance does not create any duty for us regarding your results outside the classroom. Thai law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be resolved with the desk may be brought in the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
