This classroom website is static. It does not run advertising networks or analytics pixels. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What we store

If you choose Accept or Decline on the banner, we write a single value in your browser’s local storage under the key utilityharborbase_cookie_consent. That value remembers your choice so the bar does not appear on every page load. It is not used to track you across other sites.

If you decline

Declining does not close programmes, hide prices, or block forms. You can still read about the lab, send a seat request, and use every public page. The banner may show again later if storage is cleared or blocked.

If storage is blocked

Some browsers refuse local storage. The banner may return each visit. The rest of the Institute site still functions.

Third-party media

Programme photographs load from a public image host. That host may set its own cookies according to its policies when your browser requests the image. We do not control those policies.
