Utility Harborbase Institute is a small classroom, not a dealing floor. The Breakout Strategy Lab meets in Phuket to mark completed sessions, write invalidation before the next bar, and argue the print—not a live quote from the street.

Breakout Strategy Lab
Six weekly evenings. One completed market day each night, frozen before the expansion. You draw the range, count the tests, and leave with three written lines: the leave, the return, the first measured area.
Cohorts stay small enough that every journal can be seen from the board. Informational fee: THB 12,800. Seats are requested in writing; there is no checkout on this site.
