What we collect

When you write through the site or by email we keep your name, email, optional phone number, the programme you asked about, and the text of your note. When you attend we keep a simple attendance list and, if you book a plan review, the fact that a review occurred. We do not ask for brokerage account numbers.

Why

We use this information to answer seat requests, send cohort letters, record who was in the room for fire and refund purposes, and follow up on a booked review. We do not sell lists.

Cookies

The public site stores one preference in local storage if you accept or decline the banner. See the cookies page.

Sharing

Instructors who teach your cohort may see your name and the programme you joined. We share data with authorities only if Thai law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Attendance lists for a cohort are kept up to 36 months for refund and scheduling disputes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your requests

Write to lab@utilityharborbase.click to access, correct, or ask us to delete what we hold, subject to records we must keep for a short period after a refund or a complaint.
